Parties and school groups welcome!
A fun and educational experience for everyone
Our friendly animals are waiting for your attention, so line up a visit today! We have a 20 child minimum for tour groups. Because this is a working farm with many chores to do, please try to keep your visits between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
The Eveland Family Farm is open to the public from the last weekend in September through Halloween. Click here for information about Pumpkin Season at the farm. Because we are open daily this time of year, we do not arrange special tour groups or events. However, you are welcome to bring your group to the farm and enjoy our amenities and a self-guided tour during Pumpkin Season.
- See Rabbits, turkeys, pigs, sheep, and geese.
- Learn how fainting goats faint and why.
- Walk around the grounds with the donkeys and miniature horses.
- Meet the llamas and alpacas, and feel their warm fur that is often used for coats and blankets.
- Get a close look (and feel) at a wide variety of farm animals.
- Learn about Minnesota farm life in one enjoyable afternoon, close to home.
Groups will receive a farm tour and have time to meet the animals. After petting the animals, you can relax and have a picnic in our beautiful pavilion, complete with picnic tables, ample counter-top space, and modern handicap accessible restrooms.
After lunch, hop on our tractor-pulled wagon and take a hay ride through the countryside! Among the fields of grass and corn, you'll see cows grazing and other wild animals.
